Most performance problems come from a few wear parts. Checking them daily and replacing them on time keeps a machine cleaning properly.
Servicing questions
How often should a floor sweeper or scrubber be serviced?
Follow the manufacturer's service schedule for your model, which is usually based on operating hours. Machines on long or dusty shifts need servicing more often. Daily checks of brushes, filters, squeegees and tanks between services prevent most breakdowns.
Which parts wear out most often?
Brushes and side brooms, squeegee blades, skirts and seals, and dust filters wear with use. Batteries also lose capacity over time and eventually need replacing.
Can you supply filters for brands you don't sell?
Yes. We supply filters, brushes, squeegees, skirts and seals to suit Fimap, RCM, Tennant, Nilfisk, Powerboss, Hako, American Lincoln, Advance and other brands. Send us the make and model and we'll confirm the part.
Do you service brands you don't sell?
Yes. We service and repair sweepers and scrubbers from other brands as well as the Fimap and RCM machines we sell. Send us the make and model and we'll confirm.
